Home / Procurement
One desk. Every division.
The procurement desk is the single point of contact for the whole group. Send one request covering any division — or all three — and it is reviewed as one account.
Wholesale quote request
Company, division, products, and a volume estimate — the desk takes it from there.
01
Submit a request
Company, division, products, and a volume estimate. The procurement form takes two minutes.
02
The desk reviews it
A person at the procurement desk reads every request — no automated quoting engine, no instant-price theater.
03
Quoted by email
Pricing and program terms for the lines we handle directly, in writing. A plain answer for anything outside the group.
Name the format, not just the product. “Quail” is eight different lines; “semi-boneless quail, vacuum, butterflied” is a quote waiting to happen. The catalog lists every product with its pack and origin, exactly as supplied, so you can copy the wording straight into the request.
Give the desk a volume shape — cases per month, pallets per order, a seasonal program — even as an estimate. Program pricing is built on volume and timing, and an honest estimate produces a more useful quote than a precise number for the wrong quantity.
Say if you are evaluating. Buyers comparing lines, building a new set, or replacing a supplier get more from the exchange when the desk knows it: samples and specification detail can be covered in the same reply.
